Our 2023 crop is planted with bulbs imported from Spain in the fall of 2022.
Sustainable farming is important to us, and so is the health of our land. Going forward we will continue to use a mix of certified seed, as well as year old seed, to encourage sustainability as well as protect our land from disease.

Our garlic has beautiful light pink cloves nestled within purple streaked leaves.
We do not use bleach to whiten our garlic. The colour is completely natural and as beautiful as the taste.

Our garlic is irrigated with fresh mountain water. Food grown in quality soil and water will in turn emulate its conditions, producing a quality product with great flavour.
